Star Valet’s executive team has created an in depth state-of-the-art orientation experience that provides our team members with cutting edge customer service, safe driving, and problem solving techniques uniquely designed to provide you with the best Valet parkers tailor fit to your operational needs.

We feel that by investing in our team member’s potential we can shape quality customer service experts properly equipped with the tools needed to provide your guests with an above and beyond service mentality.

The Safe Driving portion of our orientation utilizes the AAA’s Driver Education trainings specifically recommended by the American Driver and Traffic Safety Education Association for assisting professional drivers.  The courses include:  Driving in Bad Weather, Breaking the Accident Chain of Events, Night Driving, Unlocking the Mystery of Anti-Lock Brakes, Dangerous Crossings, Sharing the Road, Managing Space and Time for Safe Driving, and Using Your Eyes Effectively.

Our experienced managers also arrange and provide updated site specific trainings throughout the course of the year to stay current on industry standards that are constantly changing.  The managers also utilize our lengthy evaluation process on our team members to constantly monitor their job performances in order to maintain a top tier level of service at all times.

We ultimately believe that the key to a successful customer service oriented team is to give away smiles and good will because serving others is the number one priority and purpose of Star Valet.

TECHNOLOGY

At Star Valet we understand that the vehicles themselves are not the only thing evolving in the valet world but also the technology associated with it.  We are on the front lines of using the most proficient new applications such as Text to Retrieve and ticketless valet functions and we can transition even the most out of date account to the future of valet parking in a matter of days.
